3. Fundamental Principles for the Processing of Personal Data

In processing personal data, Onur Pazarlama acts in accordance with the following principles:

to request the rectification of data processed incompletely or inaccurately;

to request that the rectification, erasure or destruction carried out be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred;
to object to the occurrence of a result against the data subject through the analysis of personal data solely by automated systems;
to claim compensation for damage if you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing.

Applications may be submitted to Onur Pazarlama using the methods prescribed by the legislation. As a rule, the data controller is required to conclude applications as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days at the latest.
